The quality of manufacturing industry is related to its sustainable development,and the improvement of quality provides it with continuous vitality.Enterprises take the improvement of quality management ability and level as the top priority of enterprise development,which can help them to achieve greater development in the market environment.With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry worldwide,the competition situation it is facing is increasingly severe.The manufacturing industry needs to actively adjust its development pattern and pay attention to the improvement of quality level to seize the opportunity and win the initiative.In recent years,CVD diamond has been used in more and more fields with its excellent physical and chemical properties,and there are more and more diamond manufacturers around the world.PLMD Company is a company specializing in the production of highquality CVD diamonds.It has passed the GB/T 19001 and ISO 9001 quality management system certification.It uses the quality management system in the way of combining theory with practice to carry out the overall management of the company,ensure the quality of diamonds produced and meet customer needs.The paper introduces the basic situation of PLMD Company and the current situation of quality management.Referring to the relevant literature on quality management in manufacturing industry,the paper establishes the quality management evaluation index system of PLMD Company.Specifically,it is constructed from four levels,involving management responsibilities,resource management,product realization,measurement analysis and improvement,and a total of 20 indicator levels.On this basis,the evaluation factor indicators are scored by experts,and the weight of the indicators is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the comprehensive evaluation on the basis of determining the evaluation set.Finally,the evaluation results are made and analyzed accordingly,from which the deficiencies of quality management are summarized,and targeted suggestions are put forward to improve the quality management of PLMD Company.This paper has established a targeted quality management evaluation index system for PLMD Company,improved its quality management process,and helped PLMD Company to standardize enterprise management,improve product quality,enhance enterprise image and competitiveness.At the same time,this paper also has reference value for the quality management of similar domestic enterprises.
