According to the changes in market management,many companies have created a lot of marketing ideas and classic practices,which have laid a good foundation for marketing research.Chinese scholars do a lot of research on marketing,especially the research of HD company's marketing mode.We thoroughly analyze every market transaction behavior,find out the existing problems and deep reasons,all of which laid a theoretical foundation for this research.This paper focuses on the marketing status and development process of HD,and forms an analytical framework of marketing theory,marketing strategy,-HD company overview,marketing analysis and improvement strategies,in-depth analysis of the marketing environment of electronic components,and further research on marketing strategy.This paper analyzes and studies the SWOT data model,especially for the electronic components market marketing environment in-depth analysis,find out the marketing situation and existing problems,combined with the company's actual situation and the development of the market,put forward a set of feasible countermeasures.The paper makes research on the marketing strategy of the company,using the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy,from the opportunity analysis,threat analysis,determination,determination of advantage disadvantage angle is studied;and the consumer of the target and the market positioning analysis,from the product,company,competitive positioning of the target market;a comprehensive study on the market marketing mix strategy,summed up the company's marketing model,has important practical significance.
