The electronic components industry as the basis for the development of electronic information industry,with the domestic Chinese improve the productivity of the electronic components industry,it will be a strong concern for the government and enterprises,and has a broad market space.This article through the domestic and foreign network marketing strategy research,takes the case research method(A company)as the main,the literature analysis method,and the questionnaire survey method unifies,the theory discussion and the case unifies.According to the actual situation of A company itself,through using the thinking of the Internet and electronic components,through gathering resources of the network marketing industry,based on the characteristics of user positioning,the product positioning and market positioning,it produces the two markets from many electronic components and users.One is the low cost oriented users tend to purchase common products and greater demand,the number of users and products accounted for about 80%;the other is the personalized needs of users tend to purchase special components,products and components to demand is small,the number of users and products accounted for about 20% ratio.The use of network marketing strategy in product strategy,price strategy,financial services strategy,promotion strategy,SOLOMO strategy,advertising strategy,service strategy,logistics strategy,it develops a set of Internet + scheme suitting for the age of the Internet,namely cost oriented scheme and personalized customized solutions,and it analysis the one-year operation effect,to achieve the original factory users win the three distributors,to gain competitive advantage to distributors enterprises,so as to obtain the symbol of development to distributors,also to explore the development way of the peer industry to adapt to the times.
