In the fierce market competition environment, FC Electronics achieved rapid growth is also facing many problems at the same time.This article is based on marketing strategy theory, having FC Electronics as studying objective and strategic analysis in the market environment, internal resources on business development. Analyzing alternative marketing strategy, develop marketing strategies for the implementation of specific measures. Particularly rises that FC electronics should be based in China actual market situation, developing a completed marketing system, namely to improve the competitiveness of the company’s core focus on differentiated marketing strategyThe research of this article will be benefit greatly to all kinds of electronic component distributors’ development in China market with practical aspects.
