In the big wave of the Internet,customers'awareness of rights protection has also risen,and the requirements for products and services are gradually increasing.Information is becoming more transparent,competition is fiercer,and technical barriers are more and more easily broken.The more you pay attention to self-realization and self-happiness.Putting all the factors together poses a serious challenge to the operation and operation of the company.The construction of an organization's bottom-up training system is also in line with the unprecedented heights mentioned.The LIG model proposed by GE believes that the most important thing for the survival and development of the future is growth,innovation and leadership.Nowadays,the most important three elements of change are also realized by people,business models,IT systems and people.The first is the business model.The benefits of business model innovation will far outweigh the innovation of products and services,the model is correct,and the business is correct.Business model innovation relies on a keen observation of the market,a grasp of its core competitiveness,and a more comprehensive process design.Followed by the IT system.After the business model is determined,the business process in the new mode is fixed to the IT system.It is terrible for enterprises to have no IT system support.IT can effectively open up barriers in various departments within the enterprise to achieve data sharing and timely decision-making.The most important thing is the long-neglected factor-people.People's influence on the success or failure of change is decisive,but in the past,corporate managers have not enough awareness and attention.In fact,human transformation is the core.IBM believes that IBM's most important competitive power is people.Many enterprises fail to implement ERP.It is not so much a system failure as a failure to change.The root cause of failure is that people have not kept up.In China,the training departments of many enterprises and even corporate universities are still at the stage of“course vendors”and lack the logic of building their own systems.Focusing on the current performance improvement,how to gradually build a training system in the existing scene to solve the resource use problem and the fundamental human problem in the scene is the focus of this article.This paper also hopes to discuss the problems encountered in the construction of the training system of the Y Division and the ideas for solving them.It can summarize the general logic and methods of the sales training system that generally focuses on performance growth.
