As a knowledge intensive enterprise, the staff have become the important factor for the development of the enterprise of the innovation ability, the technology level and the knowledge structure.This article focuses on the analysis of human resources management status with Gansu Construction 7th Group Building Design Co., Ltd. Through the analysis of the basic situation of human resource management, staff training and development, compensation management system, performance evaluation and management of the company. Found that the company existing some problems that no perfect human resources training and career planning system has not worked out, the incentive mechanism is not enough, the human resource management is not clear and so no. Besides, there is a lack of systematic training for staff and the lack of systematic training for the staff. In compensation management and performance appraisal, there are the problems of compensation incentive, compensation system, lack of communication and so on. These problems are accompanied by the development of the company, leading to the company’s human resources management loopholes, the impact of the company’s healthy development.In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,from the relationship between human resource management and enterprise core competitiveness, the introduction and development of human resources, improve the management concept, pay attention to "people-oriented", establish and improve the scientific performance evaluation, etc.,putting forward solutions for personnel recruitment, retention, establishment of employee training and other aspects of the corresponding scientific and reasonable.
