Into the21st century, our country’s politics, economy, culture, access to high-speed development, the human resources plays a more and more important role in enterprises. With the coming of Knowledge-based economy and economic globalization, the international war for talent is becoming more intense, more and more companies pay more attention to high-quality group of international talent, it can said that the21st century is the era that human resources becomes a very important factor which influence the competitive advantage among enterprises. Post-WTO period, with the full liberalization of the banking market in China, foreign financial institutions enter the market ceaselessly, which need highly qualified talent to support the bank’s strategy. Therefore, the development and management of human resources is important to ensure efficient operation of the banking industry in the fierce competition and achieve sustainable development. This article choose P Bank J branch as the object. Aims at continuously enhance the innovation ability of enterprises, thus enhancing the organization’s operational performance and enhanced organization’s core competitiveness though the design of P Bank J branch staff training system.This article is to integrate theory with practical, on the basis of theoretical training at home and abroad, using questionnaires, interviews and other methods in-depth analysis of P Bank J branch management as well as the original employee training system, combined with their work and practical experience of advanced enterprises at home and abroad, objective analysis of the status of its staff training system, wish to design a new training system suitable for the P Bank J branch and lay the foundation for comprehensive and sustained development for the bank.
