In the 21 st century,in the face of changes in the new technological revolution,increasingly fierce market competition and constantly updated market demand,the traditional tiered organizational structure and management tools that enterprises have been facing for many years are facing the risk of failure,and the era has proposed new management for enterprises.The challenge.This article takes JS technology company as the case study object,uses organizational change theory,organizational form theory and self-organization theory,draws on the experience of leading enterprise organizational change,and analyzes the needs of organizational reform of JS internal and external environment and organizational operation status.The organizational transformation strategy centered on the construction and implementation of JS technology self-organization management mode is proposed.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part explains the background of the topic and the meaning of the topic(including theoretical value and practical significance),which proves the value of the topic and confirms the value of this paper.Complete the basic research methods and research ideas of this paper.The second part introduces the research status at home and abroad involved in this research,including some basic concepts,self-organization related theory and related research summary.The third part introduces the overall situation of organizational changes in leading domestic enterprises and the organizational reform practices of three typical representative enterprises,and provides practical experience for JS Technology's organizational change design.The fourth part analyzes the organizational reform needs of JS technology from the internal and external environment and the problems in the operation of the organization and the causes of the problems through the literature review and questionnaire analysis methods.The fifth part mainly expounds the general ideas,basic principles,implementation strategies and corresponding safeguard measures of JS technology organization reform.In the last part,this paper concludes that organizational change is an inevitable choice strategy for JS technology to adapt to internal and external environmental changes;in the current industrial environment,JS technology companies need to establish a new organizational management model to prevent organizational rigidity;construction and implementation Self-organization management mode is an important idea for JS science and technology organization reform;in order to ensure the smooth implementation of organizational change,it is necessary to make clear the establishment of organizational change project team,the introduction of external experts and the creation of a good atmosphere for change and other corresponding safeguard measures.This article JS technology construction and implementation of the self-organization management model of organizational change case study,can provide some reference and help for other enterprises in China facing organizational management transformation.
