Organizational structure change is an important part of business management theory and practice development.In the twenty-first century,the global economy develops faster and faster.Its internationalization,information and integration features become more evident.Companies must pay more attention to economic situation and the change of market environment if they want to win the survival and development of competition in this complex environment.They also need to develop appropriate development strategies,timely adjustment of the organizational structure to adapt to the realities of business development.So it can make a company more efficient by designing a suitable organizational structure.Company G is a wholly owned subsidiary of company SGCC.It is positioned to be an overall solution provider for planning,design,development,construction,operation and maintenance.Company G has formed a core business system covering IT system integration,operation,maintenance and innovative technologies development and application.After years of development,company G has developed into the largest and most technologically sophisticated company of SGCC.Since company G's operating income growth,expansion of business scale,the strategic adjustment of industrial parent unit,the increasingly fierce market competition and other reasons,its existing organizational structure can not meet the new requirements of the company's strategic development.The company has business department overlapping,inefficient management,poor communication,serious internal friction,high production costs,staff career development can not be guaranteed in the course of business.So the organizational restructuring and change is imminent.This paper treats company G as the research object.It is based on the theory about organizational structure changes and organizational structure design.This paper analyzes the problems about company G's organizational structure.In this paper,company G's organizational structure program is analyzed based on the actual development and the internal and external environment.In the end,the resistance that may be encountered in the implementation process is predicted and some solutions are proposed.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one is the overview of the research background,significance,research content,research methods and innovation.Chapter two reviews the organizational structure for the theory.Chapter three elaborates on the company's current organizational structure,and it focuses on the company G's organizational structure,responsibilities and rights system,performance appraisal system,the status quo sector collaboration,data management,etc.Chapter four analyzes the problems about company G's organizational structure when it's running.Chapter five presents the design of changing the organizational structure and predicts the resistance.After that it proposes some solutions.Chapter six is the conclusion.With this change in the organizational structure of the company G program design,company G can clarify responsibilities and rights effectively,make the management range more reasonable,shorten the chain of command,improve employees' motivation and enhance the economic efficiency.This article may solve the problems of company G's organizational structure and provide a reference for other similar companies.
