With the rapid development of China economic and constant change of external business environmental,company faces more and more fierce competition.In order to adapt the change and competition,company should carry out organization change accordingly,for the purpose to improve operation efficiency,finally better live and develop.Organization change is the process of changing and adjusting composed factors,and is a method using to achieve company strategy target.The article discussed organization change in H company systematically,which not only sort out organization change history in H company,but also analyze and discuss the current condition and do appraisal on the effective of the organization change.Next to the future change direction of its organization change,hope to help H to develop organization change more effectively in future.On the basis of the development of strategy,the headquarter implemented organization change in H company in 2013,to make H company as the main sales unit and achieve the strategy plan set by headquarter for H company.The study introduces current organization status and each element in H Company.Further,analyze the necessity and feasibility of the organization change.And put forward the change scheme and evaluate the effective of the organization change.Finally,make suggestion on the strategy and change direction in future.The specific study contents listed as followings,First,introduce the background?purpose and the meaning of the study;Finally,introduce the study method and scheme.Second,review articles of organization change;introduce the definition and related theory of organization change.Third,elaborate the current status of company and each organization factor,combined with strategy development requirement,put forward the feasibility and necessity analysis of organization change,to clarify advantages and disadvantages of change.Fourth,do analysis on management condition and the existed issue,put forward change scheme from organization structure?internal management way?business management flow and HR management;The next,implement the organization change scheme;and evaluate the effective of the organization change.Fifth,do the summarization,and point out the existing issue and disadvantage of organization change;Considering future strategy target and the change of external environmental,put forward proposal on future strategy change and organization change direction;finally,summarize and discuss the enlightenment of the organization change,meanwhile,point out the disadvantage of the study and put forward future expectation.Combined theory with practical,deeply analyze organization change in H company,the study result could be referred by H company for future change and other peer company in special equipment industry.
