HK Company found by the middle managers,whose main product is based on its main products based on its patent techonology.HK makes a profit due to its successfully operation on the main product.But,as the development of the company,the original management model which inherited from the state owned enterprise became unsuitable for the new industry.As the expansion of HK Company,the form of business gradually changed from the traditional product sales to the industry solution.The organizational structure only meets its early sales model which responses to the market promptly with few staff team.But as the constant expansion of the scale of HK Company,the original organizational structure no longer meets the demand of the market.The R&D team divorced from the market and the sales,whose product is far from the demand of the market.The operation of the market still trapped in the product sales,which is unsuitable for the promotion of the company's system solutions.The quality problem of the product seriously threatens the brand of HK Company.Although having perfect human resources,financial and technical advantage,HK Company is still struggling and pursuing for a new management structure due to the defects of its own structure.This paper analysis HK Company's problems based on the strategic change and organizational structure with the theory of strategic management and organizational design,diagnoses the structure problem base on the strategic change of the company,optimizes and recreate the organizational structure of HK Company to suit for the new industry.
