In recent years,the development trend of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has become increasingly prominent,and the tax contribution has been increasing year by year,which has become the main force to promote economic development and promote employment.However,with the increasing importance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy,the problem of talent shortage continues to appear.Many enterprises are beginning to realize the advantages of talents in the core competitiveness of enterprise development.Efficient human resource management mode will directly determine the competitiveness of enterprises,provide a solid foundation for enterprises to successfully attract,retain and motivate employees,and then realize the enterprise's own strategy,future planning and development goals.If an enterprise wants to improve its strategic position based on the reality,it is in urgent need of high-standard talents to help it carry out self-innovation and self-development.Enterprises must seize the opportunity to expand scale and improve efficiency in the fierce competitive market and development market.According to the current management status qua and the prospect of future corporate planning,the innovation of the enterprises urgently need to develop a human resource management model,which combines the actual conditions of their own,and use the talent advantage,establish enterprise talent strength,talent team,help enterprises to enhance strategic position,seize market,flourish in the new environment,create brilliant.This paper takes Huayu Company as an actual case,and analyzes the current human resource status of Huayu Company on the basis of sorting out a large number of literature and field research.Research thinks,Huayu Company companies in human resource management in such aspects as organization,process,system has many problems,the main cause of these problems is small idea lag,the social influence,internal human resources management quality is generally low,their own limited strength,insufficient internal appeal,enterprise cultural factors,etc.Based on this,combined with the characteristics and trend of human resource management in the new period,Huayu Company is put forward from organization structure,process,system and system of human resources management innovation,the innovation of human resource management more in line with the actual situation of Huayu Company,raise the talents of the Huayu Company competitiveness level,power hoax the development of the company.
