Reasonable and effective compensation management can motivate staff effectively, promote the combination of personal goals and organizational goals, and improve the firm’s capability.Since the establishment of Huayu Company, it has adjusted its compensation system many times and developed performance-based compensation management system. At the same time, with the changing of the external environment and internal conditions, employee compensation satisfaction, and fixed income and revenue management, the compensation management faces some challenges. Therefore, at the same time of summing up experience, it is necessary to study of these problems and contradictions through compensation system optimization to promote enterprise sustainable development.This study examines of compensation system involved managers, technical staff and production staff through analyzing the current situation of the company compensation management. On the basis of compensation management related theory, combined with the company’s strategic plan and the actual development situation, the compensation system is optimized. |
