With the continuous deepening of the reform of our country's capital market,the pace of innovation and integration in China's futures industry has gradually accelerated.China's futures market continues to expand,the asset management business model continues to innovate,derivatives tools continue to be enriched,and overseas business is gradually liberalized.This has improved the long-term single income of futures companies to some extent and eased the dilemma of competition homogenization.However,the industry has also intensified competition in the futures industry in the process of innovation and integration.At present,the national financial industry regulatory authorities have begun to accelerate the development of the futures market from the perspective of national strategy.The two basic functions of the futures mark-price discovery and risk management functions will fully play their role,and the futures industry will usher in major development changes.For the futures market,this is a historic opportunity and a major challenge.In this context,Z Futures needs to adjust its development strategy to address new opportunities and challenges in the industry.Z Futures is a large-scale futures company with a large-scale state-owned background in China's futures market.Compared with other domestic futures companies,Z Futures has the background of industrial shareholders with leading position in the national commodity circulation industry.In the development process of the company in the past 30 years,Z Futures mainly faces the macro environment of domestic and foreign political,economic and financial innovation,the fierce competition in the futures industry and the increasing demand of the industry,as well as the corporate governance structure and financial situation analysis.And the company's new and old kinetic energy conversion and other micro-environment are turning.These three macroeconomic,middle and microeconomic environments have formed the various advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that Z Futures face in the development of the company.This paper focuses on the main line of development strategy of Z Futures company,explores the theoretical basis and actual cases of development strategy,analyzes it in detail,analyzes it continuously,and puts forward the research ideas and safeguard measures of the company's current development strategy in combination with Z Futures company's own situation.The company chose a diversified development strategy to lay an important theoretical basis.This paper uses PEST macro analysis model,EFE matrix and Porter's five-force model to analyze the external environment faced by Z Futures.Through the benchmarking of domestic and foreign futures companies,the Z Futures company's industry development orientation was analyzed.Afterwards,SWOT was used to analyze the internal resources and development capabilities of Z Futures,and two development strategies were drawn.Using QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze the company's two basic development strategies,it is concluded that Z Futures Company can use its own advantages to lay out the futures risk subsidiary business and vigorously promote the overseas agency business,and realize the diversified development strategy layout plan..These include: diversification of the use of financial derivatives instruments,diversification of futures service types,diversification of corporate profit models,and diversification of corporate marketing models.Finally,it proposes four guarantee measures,such as matching the organizational structure of the company,improving the internal control system of the company,optimizing the human resources mechanism of the company and the construction of corporate culture,to ensure the effective implementation of the diversified development strategy of Z Futures Company and ensure the healthy development of the company.
