With the increasingly fierce competition in the education science and technology industry and the increasingly stringent national policies,the pressure of educationrelated industries is also growing.Only by constantly improving the level of enterprise management,can enterprises in the education industry continuously improve their competitiveness and remain invincible.LXL company has more than ten years of growth history,has rich industry experience,experienced teachers and experts in education and teaching.However,facing various severe forms of the industry,the company also needs to constantly adjust and optimize itself in order to continue to occupy a certain share of the market.Firstly,this paper analyses the industry market background,the current data and status quo of R&D team,finds out the problems in R&D team building,and combines the research theory of R&D team building,so as to put forward improvement methods and measures for team building,so that can strengthen the R&D team building.The problems in the R&D team construction of the company include: high mobility of personnel,poor communication effect,insufficient team leadership,incompatible positions and responsibilities,lack of incentives for team members,and the need to improve the business level of team members.This paper argues that in order to build an efficient and product R&D team,we need to do several aspects: first,strengthen the communication management of the team.Second,strengthen the construction of team incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of team members.Thirdly,cultivate the leadership of team leaders.Fourth,attach importance to all aspects of team management,pay attention to staff,fully empowered,give full play to the strengths of each team member,create a positive working atmosphere,establish a scientific assessment mechanism,improve the overall management level of the team.
