Analysis On Land Consolidation Zoning Based On Function Orientation

Under the background of rapid industrialization and urbanization,different factors such as population,economy and society flow rapidly between urban and rural areas,which promotes the spatial reconstruction of rural areas in China.Rural development has entered a new stage.The process of rural spatial reconstruction is accompanied by the growing needs of the people,but the land consolidation which aimed to increase new cultivated land has been unable to satisfy this change.Based on the above background,the goal of land consolidation began to shift from focusing on "adding cultivated land" to focusing on "regional function".Because of the extension of the connotation of land remediation,it is necessary to construct the land-consolidation-zoning theory and method to enhance regional function.DPSIR analysis framework was introduced to explain the relationship between land use function and land consolidation to build the theoretical framework of land consolidation zoning.Based on the framework,the paper analyzed the land use function identification,land use function and land consolidation-oriented positioning rules and the method of dividing the land consolidation area respectively.On the basis of functional identification,it is necessary to establish the positioning rules of land use function and land consolidation guidance,and realize the transformation from land use function status to land consolidation.Finally,the land consolidation zoning is obtained through the spatial superposition method.Jiashan County has certain uniqueness in terms of land use,physical geography,social economy,tourism development and location.Jiashan County can be divided into three land remediation first-level areas and six land remediation secondary areas by using the function-oriented land remediation zoning model.When identifying the land use function,it is found that the area with high ecological function often has a higher leisure function.The area with high agricultural level also has prominent cultural and educational functions,while the area with prominent industrial development features lower ecological function.To this end,Jiashan County can be divided into three main functional remediation level areas,namely,ecological-leisure resort function consolidation area,agricultural-cultural fun ction consolidation area and industrial-ecological consolidation area.Then,according to the land use function level and positioning rules,other functions are integrated on the basis of the first-level area to form a more specific land-consolidation secondary area.
