With the gradual development of society and the advancement of science and technology,the dependence of the national economy and people's life on power supply is becoming stronger and stronger,and the requirements for the quality and stability of power supply are getting higher and higher.As a basic energy industry that is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,the power supply industry shoulders important social responsibilities while pursuing economic benefits.The power supply station is the smallest unit of power supply system business implementation,standing at the forefront of facing the market and serving hundreds of millions of customers.Through scientific and effective performance appraisal,it is necessary to build a power supply team with strong execution ability and high work efficiency,improve the management level,service level and economic benefit of power supply stations,and play an important role in promoting the high-quality performance of power supply enterprises.As a county-level power supply company,A Power Company has 21 township power supply stations,which are responsible for ensuring the county's power grid operation management and power supply tasks.Overall,the operation situation is good,but with the State Grid Corporation to create a "all-round power supply station" Compared with the requirements,there is still a big gap.The original performance appraisal system has become less and less suitable for the strategic needs of enterprise development,and it is necessary to carry out scientific and effective optimization.This paper adopts the combination of literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis to conduct research.Firstly,the domestic and international research review,related concepts and assessment methods of performance appraisal are taken as the theoretical basis,which will lay the foundation for the proposal and analysis of the next topic.Next,the status quo of performance appraisal of A company's power supply is expounded and analyzed.Through the sample analysis of the employee survey of Company A,it is concluded that although A Power Company has formed its own performance appraisal system,there are not enough reasonable performance appraisal entities,the index design is not scientific enough,the appraisal process is not perfect,and the results are not fully utilized.And so many questions.Based on the basic theory of performance appraisal,combined with the actual situation of A power company and the power supply under the power,the author finds the root cause of the problems in the performance appraisal of the power supply.Using the target management method,the key performance evaluation index method and the 360-degree performance evaluation method,the existing performance appraisal system was optimized.It is recommended that Company A closely focuses on the company's development strategy and objectives,optimize the performance appraisal organization system,and re-establish performance.Appraisal indicators and weights,introduce comprehensive coefficient of difference,improve the performance appraisal process,and strengthen the application of performance appraisal results.It is hoped that by improving the performance appraisal work of the power supply company of A company,the work level of employees will be improved,the high-quality development of the power supply station will be promoted,the overall performance of the company will be improved,and the enterprise development strategy will be realized.It is also hoped that the research in this paper has good guidance and reference value for the performance appraisal work of other power supply companies of the same type.
