With China’s accession to the WTO,our country insurance industry comprehensive opening,aggressively in the market of traditional foreign insurance company for the domesticproperty insurance market with increasing competition in the industry.Domestic insurancecompanies are facing unprecedented challenges and impact, how to continuously improvetheir competition ability and the ability to adapt,to improve the overall efficiency andoperational capability,team performance,improve management for enterprise management,the important condition of scientific development.Throughout most of the existing domesticinsurance company,the lack of performance management is: focus on the implementation offinancial indicators, the lack of competition and incentive mechanism,the lack of perfectperformance management system, causes the brain drain is serious,high operating costs,many domestic insurance companies pay attention to the scale and ignores the benefits,development has slowed.Practice has proved that the application of performancemanagement in the actual operation, the operation has positive significance for theoreticalresearch and practice.Only around the company’s long-term development strategy, changethe traditional mode of performance management, build in line with the company’sscientific development platform for the effective performance management,to improve themanagement level and management benefit, enhance the ability to compete withinternational rivals.Was based on the property insurance co. LTD. Guangdong branch (hereinafter referred to asthe cheonan wide) as the research object,from the study of status quo of the performancemanagement, the performance management present situation and the problems facing isanalyzed,and in order to solve these problems as a starting point,combining the theory ofperformance management and company management practice,targeted to the cheonan pointsperformance management system optimization design.Draw lessons from the domestic andforeign research on performance management experience,through the comparison analysismethod,interview method and actual survey research methods,strive to improve theperformance management effect of tianan broad points.Tianan broad points in this paper,the research not only helps to improve the managementefficiency,enhance their core competitiveness,make it in an impregnable position in theintense market competition.At the same time,this paper studies the conclusion can for property insurance companies within the industry performance management system,provide a reference model, has a certain guiding significance.
