| Urban economic and social development in China has entered a new phase of development,is rapidly promote the industrialization and urbanization,urban land use situation has undergone tremendous changes.Rapid expansion of urban construction land increased the consumption of land resources,China statistical yearbook,according to data from 2000 to 2014,a total area of the city proper expanded 2.22 times and the average annual growth rate of 5.88%.On this basis,the contribution of urban construction land non-agricultural GDP annual growth rate is 2.33 times than land area.That the expansion of construction land area for our country’s non-farm has made large contribution to GDP growth and promoted the development of the urban economic and social development level in China.After has experienced rapid economic growth,scholars and the decision of the national policy will shift focus to the urban economy society and the land resource sustainable utilization.2011 "the twelfth five-year plan for national economic and social development program mentioned to reduce consumption of economic growth,construction land index(consumption per unit of GDP built a land area of 30%reduction),shows the following energy conservation and emissions reduction,to reduce the economic growth and the consumption of land attention.In the 12th five-year plan put forward in the country:"according to the principle of economical and intensive and total amount control,reasonable new construction land scale,structure,temporal.Raising the cost of land tenure,revitalize the stock of construction land,increase the intensity of clear idle land disposal,encourage the depth development and utilization of underground space on the ground." This shows that total control of construction land and regional differences in the management of great significance.Therefore,the author through the evaluation of the level of urban economic and social development,urban construction land consumption intensity and the correlation analysis,to achieve the following research objectives:Purpose:(1)By the aid of" land resource consumption intensity" indicators reveal the space-time change law of urban land intensive utilization and spatial differentiation;(2)Based on the "land consumption-the intensity of land resource consumption" from the perspective of urban land resources consumption intensity and the land use intensity of urban land intensive use of urban land intensification and spatial distribution.The paper analyzes the contribution of urban land consumption to the land use efficiency and the industrial structure of each industry,and analyzes the contribution of land consumption and economic structure to the consumption of land use by the decomposition of influencing factors.(3)Based on "consuming-land resource consumption intensity" perspective,urban land intensive use level and the regional coordination degree of urban economic level;Urban land intensive use level and the correlation between regional economic development level.Research conclusions:through empirical analysis found that:(1)The intensity of urban construction land consumption in time series for the downward trend year by year,and years of decline rate is reduced,is developing to a state of dynamic balance;(2)Analysis found that city construction land consumption intensity has obvious spatial differentiation characteristics of Arcgis space is eastern central region>the western region>Northeast;(3)The intensity of urban construction land consumption decomposition effect found department for urban construction land use intensity effect of total contribution rate is higher,and is the major factor,while the economic structure of the region in 2014 are in the form of side effects,and the contribution rate of growth,the economy of the industrial structure and the urban construction land use intensity strong correlation between(4)The unit after urban industry and three industrial added value of consumption construction and urban economic and social development level were positively correlated. |
