Abstract/Summary:
The industrialization and urbanization has developed rapidly in recent years of China, with the deepening of development and utilization of land resources, the economic development on land consumption is increasing. At the same time, because of China’s big population base, the expanding of construction land caused by the continuous decrease of cultivated area, which makes our country’s food security is threatened, as well as the imbalance of land supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the research on the spatial and temporal variations of construction land use economic development to improve the Land Economic Profit and intensive land utilization degree and by reducing the dependence of economic development on the land is of great significance. We choose the 107 counties (districts) of shaanxi province as the research object and the research on two basic district and county levels. Using Synthetical changes coefficient to analysis the spatial and temporal variations of construction land in Shaanxi Province from 2003 to 2011. And chose the construction land as dependent variables and the others as independent variables according to the economic conditions in Shaanxi province, Through the spatial econometric model from the perspective of macro-economic to analysis the spatial correlation of spatial correlation of construction land and economic development in Shaanxi Province; Decoupling model is adopted to measure the degree of dependence on construction land of economic development; Using the consumption index to did the quantitative analysis of spatial and temporal variations between Economic development and construction land Consumption Intensity. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) 2003-2011:in general, each county of shaanxi province construction land change type for the " huge change" does not have many counties, mainly for xi’an and Yanan, Yulin two rapid economic development downtown, most of the counties of construction land changes are "slow variants". That means the construction land change degree is relatively slow, this kind of counties in space has a strong spatial’s convergence, mainly distributed in the eastern central and southern in shaanxi province; And construction land change is "relatively stable" which is in southern and northwestern in shaanxi province.(2) The of global autocorrelation test Moran’s I index of GDP, population, investment in fixed assets, secondary and tertiary output and urbanization level x is positive, and passed the test of significance, it shows that shaanxi province construction land, GDP, population, investment in fixed assets, secondary and tertiary output and urbanization level have spatial dependence, and it is shows that in the spatial distribution has a strong spatial’s convergence. The results of the spatial error model show that the expansion of construction land is driven mainly by GDP and population growth, in particular the total population, whereas investment in fixed assets and urbanization have little influence. With the adjustment of economic structure in Shanxi Province, secondary and tertiary production impact on construction land gradually show the negative correlation, especially the tertiary is more obvious(3) 2000-2011:Through decoupling analysis of construction land and the economic development of shaanxi province, the results showed that:most of the county of shaanxi provinceere in the state of weak decoupling in most years, and weak decoupling county number increases year by year, at the same time, the counties of shaanxi province the decoupling degree present a huge difference in space, decoupling state distribution is discontinuous. Only a few counties in the strong decoupling state, most of the rest of the county during the research period are in a weak negative decoupling and strong negative decoupling of decoupling and growth state.(4) 2000-2011, consuming index of construction land is a significant reduction in Shanxi Province, that means the number of construction land consumed is down in per unit of GDP growth and the intensive construction land use degree is constantly improve; The county presents obvious regional difference in 2000, which in northern Shaanxi area of the index is high, in 2011, the index of land consumption showed a sharp reduction in trend, and the same of differences between the county. The multiple regression model shows that:various influence factors of construction land expansion, the urban population’s contribution is the largest, followed by GDP growth, the whole society fixed asset investment’s contribution to the relatively small, but with the development of secondary and tertiary industries and industrial structure optimized, the construction of impact values decrease gradually, showing a negative value. The economic development of shaanxi province is mainly based on the expansion of construction land scale, in the future construction land expansion, which is need to through continuous optimization of industrial structure, and the level of urbanization to promoting economic development, the same time, we should strictly control the scale of urban land and other measures to guarantee construction with to total not variable, and constantly improve the level of economical and intensive use of construction land to promote the rationalization and scientific of construction land expansion and economic development...
