Research On The Problem Of Increasing The Income Of Poverty Households Driven By Farmer’s Professional Cooperatives

China will build a well-off society in all respects by 2020 and achieve its first centenary goal.At present,it is necessary to fight for three major battles.One of them is to resolutely fight against precision poverty alleviation and ensure that the rural population will be lifted out of poverty under the current Chinese standards in 2020.All of the poverty-stricken counties will eliminate poverty and to solve the regional poverty problem.However,even by 2020,the goal of all poverty-stricken populations eliminate poverty under the current standards does not mean the disappearance and end of rural poverty.With the increase of the poverty line as well as the occurrence of major disasters and diseases,the population that has already been out of poverty in the current standard still have the risk of returning to poverty.Only by continuously increasing the income of the poor and promoting their endogenous motivation can they continuously improve their ability to resist risks and continuously reduce the gap with other high-income people,thus we can fundamentally solve the problem of poverty and constantly improve their quality of life.Farmers’ professional cooperatives are a kind of mutual aid organization based on rural household contract management.They have natural benefits to poverty and have a certain role in promoting the income increase of poor households.By joining the farmers’ professional cooperatives,poor households can not only get more services and help,but also can get more income.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the farmers’ professional cooperatives to increase the income of poor households.Firstly,through visited the government departments in S County,relevant materials about the current situation of poverty alleviation in S County and the basic situation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in S County were collected.Secondly,the collected materials were sorted out and combined with the current research object.The relevant literature was searched and the development characteristics of farmers’ professional cooperatives in S county were analyzed and understood.Five farmer professional cooperatives in S county were selected for research.Lastly,the author visited them after school and questionnaires were conducted with the leaders of five farmer professional cooperatives,ordinary members and poor households.Through the investigation of the leaders of five farmers’ professional cooperatives,we have a comprehensive understanding of the development,operation and future development of cooperatives.By investigating the common farmers and poor households who joined the cooperatives,we can understand the current situation of their planting,income,income before joining the cooperatives and after joining the cooperatives,and the difficulties,so as to fully understand the role of farmers’ professional cooperatives in promoting the income of poor households.Based on the field investigation,this paper summarized some restricting factors that existed in the process of driving the poor households to develop and increase their income.First,the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives is not high,and the income of poor households is limited.Second,the degree of interest connection between farmers’ professional cooperatives and poor households is weak,which makes it difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of poor households.Third,Farmers’ professional cooperatives lack the ability to resist risks,which is not conducive to promoting stable income growth of poor households.Fourth,the lack of competitiveness of farmers’ professional cooperatives leads to limited income increase.Fifth,the poor households occupy less element resources and obtain limited benefits.Finally,in view of the problems in the process of driving poor households of farmers’ professional cooperatives in S county,it is suggested to adopt a variety of ways.Such as strengthening the professional level of farmers’ professional cooperatives and continuously extending the industrial chain.We will continue to improve the management of specialized farmer cooperatives and strengthen the mechanism of linking interests with those of poor households.We will strengthen cooperation among farmers’ professional cooperatives and establish a risk-sharing mechanism.We will strengthen government support for farmers’ professional cooperatives and to ensure their income continue to increase.Strengthen the training of poor households and broaden the ways to increase their income.
