In the long-term poverty alleviation process,the scale of poverty alleviation and development work has made great achievements,but the face of poverty at this stage,the need for further innovation and poverty alleviation mechanism,improve poverty alleviation policy.Because the farmer's professional cooperation organization has the remarkable characteristic of the poor poverty,in the stage of precision poverty alleviation,it makes it an ideal carrier of precision poverty alleviation.At the same time,the country has responded positively to the policy of industrial poverty alleviation,and the governments at all levels have sounded the horn of poverty alleviation,Farmers' professional cooperative organizations to participate in precision poverty alleviation has become a new fulcrum of rural poverty alleviation and development.However,in the industry poverty alleviation,the farmer's professional cooperation organization theory "poverty" in practice has not been fully reflected in the farmers professional cooperative organizations to participate in precision poverty alleviation there are many problems and obstacles to limit their poor and poor function play,the impact of precision Poverty Alleviation and Precise Poverty Alleviation.Therefore,it is the focus of this paper to study the problem of peasants'professional cooperative organizations' participation in precision poverty alleviation,to analyze the causes correctly and to put forward the countermeasures.Based on the theory of participatory development and cooperative anti-poverty theory,this paper summarizes the political,economic and social functions of farmers'professional cooperative organizations' participation in precision poverty alleviation by means of literature research methods,and takes this as the core.This paper summarizes the status of participation of peasants' professional cooperative organizations in participating in precision poverty alleviation by combining the local research situation with the actual situation of poverty alleviation in China,taking the actual process of participating in poverty alleviation in Xi County,Shanxi Province as the case,Not wide,not afraid to participate in the platform,lack of participation and lack of participation and other issues.Secondly,the article from the ideological and cognitive,institutional supply,financial services and organizational capacity in four areas,taking Xi County as an example,but not limited to Xixian farmers professional cooperative organizations to participate in the cause of precision poverty alleviation of the reasons for a systematic analysis.Finally,the article puts forward concrete and feasible suggestions on the existing problems of peasants 'professional cooperative organizations' participation in precision poverty alleviation from the aspects of changing the ideas,the supply of innovation system,optimizing the financial service and standardizing the operation of the organization.
