Research On The Development Of Characteristic Industries Of Poor Rural Areas In Fujian Province From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

It is the solemn commitment of our party to allow poor people and impoverished areas to enter the overall well-to-do society together with the entire nation by 2020.Since the Party’s 18th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has firmly grasped the people’s yearning for a better life and put forward a precise poverty alleviation strategy.Industrial development is the key to accurate poverty alleviation,and it is also the only way to increase the household income of poverty households and achieve poverty reduction goals.Fully tap the natural resources and ecological advantages of impoverished rural areas to develop characteristic industries,enhance the impetus and effectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation,and effectively strengthen the self-"blood-building" function of the poor,and become an important measure to achieve accurate poverty reduction.This article is guided by Marxism theory,closely follows the hot spot of the times,places the development of rural poverty industry in Fujian Province in the perspective of precision poverty alleviation theories,combines the unique resource conditions in Fujian,sorts out the difficulties in the development of rural characteristic industries in Fujian Province,and analyzes On this basis,we explored effective ways to promote poverty alleviation by relying on poor rural industries from the perspective of joint construction of villages and enterprises,government support,talent cultivation,brand building,etc.,with a view to enriching theoretical research related to accurate poverty alleviation ideas and rural specialty industries.At the same time,it provides reference for the development of special industries in rural poor areas of Fujian Province and the improvement of precision poverty alleviation.
