| Over the years,rural economic development has always been an important goal in the process of China’s economic system reform.With the continuous efforts of the Chinese government,after many stages of comprehensive governance,China’s rural poverty problem has greatly improved compared with the past,nationwide.The number of poor people has gradually decreased.At the same time,at the same time,the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation is entering the final stage of completion.The development characteristics of the rural population with deep poverty and diversified poverty causes are becoming important targets for the government to help the poor.Therefore,this paper first expounds the connotation of rural poverty and the concept of rural poverty,and combines the theoretical content of Nax’s poverty theory and the cumulative causality of the Kurdal cycle to lay the theoretical foundation for this writing,and then solve the problem of stimulating the provincial government.The rural poor population has integrated the achievements in poverty reduction planning,drinking water safety,road construction,etc.,and analyzed the scale,basic conditions and poverty characteristics of the rural poor in Jilin Province through a large amount of data,and obtained Jilin from it.The main poverty-stricken factors of the rural poor in the province,such as a single economic structure,frequent natural disasters,low quality of poor people,and inability to maintain supervision and management.In order to help the Jilin Provincial Government to solve the problem of the rural poor,this paper comprehensively analyzes the policies of poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation in the rural population poverty control in Jilin Province at present,and learns from the problem of solving the rural poor population in other provinces in China.Suggestions were made to enhance the quality of the rural poor,improve the grassroots organizational system,create a policy environment,protect the ecological environment,and create a sustainable problem. |
