Research On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Hubei Province

After China's economic development enters a new era,technological innovation has become the fundamental driving force for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.As one of the birthplaces of modern Chinese industry,Hubei Province also faces many new requirements such as steady growth,rapid transformation and high quality in the development of its industrial enterprises.It is urgent to continuously improve the technological innovation efficiency of large and mediumsized industrial enterprises to promote the transformation of the industrial economy from factor-driven to innovation-driven.This paper aims to use the DEA model to comprehensively evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province,explore the improvement path of technological innovation efficiency and provide reference for promoting the highquality development of Hubei's industrial economy.Firstly,this paper reviews the related research on the efficiency of technological innovation at home and abroad,and introduces the theoretical basis of the efficiency evaluation of technological innovation,and clarifies the connotation of the efficiency of technological innovation.Secondly,it studies the evaluation methods of various technological innovation efficiencies and analyzes the development status and technological innovation of industrial enterprises in Hubei Province.Then based on the technical innovation data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province,this paper divides the technological innovation process into two stages of technology research and achievement transformation,and designs corresponding efficiency evaluation indicators for the two stages.This paper uses the DEA evaluation model to analyze the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province from the perspective of input and output,and compares them with the other provinces in China.Finally,the paper expounds the main conclusions and results of the research,and proposes relevant policy recommendations based on the conclusions of the research analysis.The empirical results show that:(1)The technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province is low,and the twostage technological innovation efficiency is obviously different.The innovation efficiency of the technology conversion stage is higher than the innovation efficiency of the technology research and development stage.(2)The pure technical efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province is lower than the scale efficiency.(3)There is a significant difference in technological innovation efficiency between large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Hubei Province and other provinces in China.
