Study On The Technology Innovation Efficiency And Effect In The Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprise Of Foshan City

Technological innovation has become the large and medium-sized industrial enterprise to develop fast in the area, improve the production efficiency and economic benefit, the key factors affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and maintaining economic growth. Understand the level of enterprise technology innovation, accelerate the improvement of technology innovation efficiency and innovation ability, economic growth mode transformation of enterprises, has an important significance for the future development of regional social economy in Foshan city.This paper according to the investigation data of Foshan 268 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, technology innovation system based on the theory of the technological innovation system is decomposed into two phases transformation technology development stage and technology achievements.. The comprehensive technical efficiency, two stage of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were evaluated by means of data envelopment analysis method respectively. The results show that the efficiency of technological innovation have obvious difference, and the reason has carried on the thorough analysis.. Then this paper comprehensive efficiency of technology innovation based on the results respectively from the innovation resources input distribution, market structure and innovation environment factors proposed eight index variables affecting the efficiency of technological innovation of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Foshan city, and the main factors to measure and analysis the influence of technology innovation efficiency of multiple linear regression model.The results of this study found, Foshan city enterprise technology innovation efficiency value is higher and the difference is large in scale, the overall benefit of decline stage. The causes of these differences through analysis, found that R & D investment, R & D institutions, market concentration, the scale of the enterprise to the enterprise innovation efficiency have significant effects, Human resource investment on technical innovation efficiency is not a significant role in promoting, exports have a negative effect on the efficiency of technological innovation, R & D costs additional deduction of enterprise R & D funds play a positive leading role; Enterprise culture to the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are positive correlation but not significant. At the same time, based on the study, put forward to improve the enterprise technology innovation efficiency of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
