With the development of economic globalization, Enterprises of different countries participate in the competition in the global context. If Chinese enterprise wants to occupy a space for one person in international markets, it not only has to enhance its core competitiveness, but also has to continuously improve its management level and efficiency. In order to respond to the challenges of domestic and foreign enterprises, clothing enterprise also has to improve its own competitiveness by strengthen the management level. Performance evaluation not only can make an assessment of the whole enterprise, but also can find all aspects of problems in management of enterprise operation. Performance management has become an important enterprise management method and gets more and more attention from business and research from academic.This paper chooses the clothing enterprise M company as the research object, firstly summarizes the theory on definition, component elements, theoretical basis and common evaluation system of performance evaluation; secondly introduces the profiles of M company, establishes the corresponding evaluation index system, determines the weight of each index; thirdly collects the related data of M company, conducts a comprehensive evaluation on M company combined with the use of triangular fuzzy function method, frequency calculation method, fuzzy evaluation method; finally analyzes the results of the evaluation, puts forward the countermeasures and measures for improvement. This paper is divided into6chapters, the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter is the relevant theory of performance evaluation; the third chapter is the construction of the evaluation index system of M company; the fourth chapter is the determination of M company’s comprehensive performance evaluation; the fifth chapter is the analysis of M company’s performance evaluation results and development countermeasure; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect.In the process of performance evaluation research on M company, based on the principle of index system of evaluation, this paper constructs three level evaluation index system on M company from financial, internal conditions, external conditions3aspects, through a comprehensive performance evaluation on M company’s financial index value, internal index value, external index value, draws a conclusion that M company has three major problems on capital operation efficiency, promotion of information technology, market three aspects, and puts forward to optimize the asset structure, to strengthen the construction of information, to enhance brand awareness three measures.
