In the era of knowledge economy in the context of the Internet era,the competitive environment between enterprises has become more and more complex,and development faces enormous challenges.The innovative management model is imminent.In the past,the rigid management model was not conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of employees,not meeting the rapidly changing market needs,and largely restricting the development of enterprises.Therefore,a flexible management model emerged as the times require,and gradually became the mainstream of society.Enterprises need to be extremely sensitive to changes in the competitive environment.Facing the complex economic environment,rational allocation of enterprise resources and internal restructuring of enterprises to maintain the adaptability of the enterprise environment,can respond to market changes and long-term development.In the long run,enterprises should better enhance their dynamic capabilities,promote employees' maximum value through flexible human resource management,enhance creativity and adaptability,and thus improve the company's environmental adaptability to achieve market competition.Requirements.This paper takes the Internet IT industry enterprises in the high-tech zone as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the meaning and basic characteristics of flexible human resource management,summarizes the key points of flexible human resource management,expounds the connotation and development of dynamic capabilities,as well as its characteristics and core elements.And describe the impact of human resource management on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises and the research results of the relationship between human resources management and dynamic capabilities at home and abroad.By analyzing the meaning and characteristics of the two concepts,it emphasizes the interrelationship between the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,that is,the basic condition for enterprises to improve their dynamic capabilities is flexible human resource management;secondly,the composition and measurement of flexible human resource management,and Based on the composition and measurement of dynamic capabilities,the basic framework of the relationship between flexible human resource management and dynamic capabilities is constructed.Finally,starting from the model,using SPSS20.0 data statistics software,experience variable setting,questionnaire distribution and recovery,and questionnaire quality.After analysis and regression analysis,it is verified that flexible and flexible human resource management plays an active role in enterprise dynamic capability,that is,flexible human capital management and flexible human resource system management have positive effects on enterprise perception,integration and innovation capabilities..Finally,on the basis of flexible human resource management theory and dynamic capability theory,the thesis explains how to establish and improve the flexible human resource management system to promote the formation and promotion of enterprise dynamic capabilities.This paper gives a flexible human resource management concept by studying the impact of flexible human resource management on the dynamic capabilities of ecommerce enterprises,combining the flexibility of human resource systems and the flexibility of human capital.Through the specific enterprise characteristics,the company's dynamic capabilities are deeply studied,and the flexible human resource management and dynamic capability theory is enriched,and the innovation of research content is realized.Different from the research perspective of organizational learning in the past,this paper explores the impact mechanism of dynamic capabilities from the perspective of flexible human resource management innovation,and opens up a new perspective of building and improving the dynamic capabilities of enterprises from the perspective of human resource management and dynamic capability division.It provides new ways and means for enterprises to improve their dynamic capabilities.
