As economic globalization is strengthening, science and technology change rapidly,great changes have taken place in the environment of the companies, mainly is complicatedand dynamic, enterprises have entered a "super competition" era, the traditional humanresource management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development, it hasvery important meaning to the development of human resource management flexibility ofenterprises, based on the flexible management of human resources and organizationalperformance as the research object, from the actual situation of G company, combiningwith the achievement of domestic and international relevant theories and research, putforward the hypotheses and assumptions of the model, and through questionnaires,according to the survey data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS statistical software, effectof the flexible human resources into human capital flexibility and human resourcemanagement practice of flexible, establish the structural equation model, providetheoretical support for the relationship between the flexible human resource managementand human resource correctly understand. The research draws the following mainconclusions:(1) Developed a flexible human resource management questionnaire. Based onflexible human capital, human resource management practices flexible model designrelated factors prepared questionnaire. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity,can be used as a flexible measure human resource management tools.(2) Structural equation model was constructed of flexible human resourcesmanagement. The model has some explanatory power. Staff skills development,performance pay, organizations involved with communication, work incentives havesignificant positive impact on the flexible management of human resources.(3)Put forward the strategy of flexible management mode of human resources. In thecurrent environment, constructing the flexible human resources management mode of a setof suitable for enterprise development, advocating "people-oriented" flexible management, has a very positive practical significance for the long-term development of domesticenterprises.
