Research On The Effectiveness,Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Financial Poverty Alleviation In Hunan Province

The foundation of economic development in poverty-stricken areas is weak,and the power of capital is scarce.As a barometer of modern economy,finance is expected to carry out precise poverty alleviation work smoothly with its unique function.Financial participation in poverty alleviation can not only leverage poverty alleviation funds,but also precisely allocate poverty alleviation funds.The smooth development of financial poverty alleviation work can activate financial poverty alleviation funds,effectively guarantee the endogenous growth of precise poverty alleviation work,so as to achieve a virtuous circle of precise poverty alleviation work.It is an important measure to achieve precise poverty alleviation.Therefore,timely proposing financial poverty alleviation is of great practical significance.Through literature research,field research,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper combs and analyses the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Hunan Province,and selects Luoxiaoshan poverty-stricken area and Wuling mountain poverty-stricken area in Hunan Province as samples to further analyze the implementation of financial poverty alleviation in the two poverty-stricken areas of Hunan Province.We find that financial poverty alleviation in Hunan Province is an's work.Some results have been achieved,mainly in the following aspects:(1)the smooth development of financial poverty alleviation effectively alleviates the financial needs of the poor,and to a certain extent improves the per capita income level of the poor areas;(2)the positive interaction between capital and industry has been achieved in the process of financial poverty alleviation,which greatly reduces the risk level of financial institutions participating in poverty alleviation work;(3)production.The coordinated development of industry and finance has greatly leveraged capital,and the effect of economies of scale is more significant.At the same time,Hunan's financial poverty alleviation work still has the following problems:(1)poor people's education level is limited and financial literacy is low;(2)financial institutions attach importance to vested interests and low participation;(3)poor households passively accept organizational arrangements,lack of skills;(4)the government's dominance is too strong,face engineering is enough;(5)the industry is single and does not adapt to regional characteristics.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policies and suggestions:(1)improve the education level of poor households and financial literacy of poor households;(2)strengthen the risk control of dividend repayment and loan repayment of enterprises,improve the participation of financial institutions;(3)improve the enthusiasm and initiative of poor households in financial poverty alleviation,strengthen the level of skills;(5)streamline the financial poverty alleviation process and strive to reduce it.Fifth,innovate new industries of individualized financial poverty alleviation.
