Study On The Satisfaction And Influential Factors Of Poverty Alleviation In The Village Poverty Alleviation Task Force In Wuling Mountain Area

Accurate poverty alleviation is a key task in China at present.The poverty alleviation team as an important force to achieve accurate poverty alleviation,an important evaluation content of the effectiveness of its work is the satisfaction of the local poor people.Studying the satisfaction of poverty alleviation effect and its influencing factors of the village poverty alleviation task force,and according to the results of the study,which in Wuling Mountain District,a national poverty alleviation demonstration area,to provide the theoretical basis and relevant policy suggestions for the government and relevant departments in the assessment field of the village poverty alleviation task force is a certain guiding significance for speeding up the cause of accurate poverty alleviation in our country.This paper takes the Poverty Alleviation Task Force in Xupu County,Huaihua City,Wuling Mountain District as the research object,takes the satisfaction of the masses in its poverty alleviation effect as the research content,uses the relevant statistical method to verify the rationality of the construction of the index,and finally establishes the satisfaction degree of poverty alleviation effect,the family attribute of farmers,the survival condition of farmers,and the government poverty alleviation behavior,environmental facilities improvement and mass perception of the six dimensions of the assessment index system.In this paper,the efficiency coefficient method is used to preprocess the original data,and the satisfaction value of the score belongs to the interval[0,100].According to the ranking of the satisfaction value of poverty alleviation effectiveness in different villages and towns,the differences of mass satisfaction among each township and the overall level of mass satisfaction in the county are analyzed.Furthermore,the rationality of the model is statistically tested by constructing the evaluation model and testing the uniqueness,the reliability and effectiveness of latent variables,the factor load coefficient and its Bootstrap test,and the Bootstrap test of path coefficient.The results show that all the relevant statistical test values of the model are passed.Finally,the partial least squares PLS path model constructed is used to analyze the influencing factors of poverty alleviation effectiveness satisfaction of the poverty alleviation task force.The empirical results show that:(1)There are seven townships of the satisfaction scores of poverty alleviation teams in 25 villages and towns in Xupu County belong to the interval[70,80],and there are 17 townships with scores between 80 and 90,of which scores belongs to[90,100] is only one township.On the whole,the average satisfaction rate is 82.64,the range and the standard deviation is 21.44 and 5.99 respectively,which show the Task Forces on Poverty Alleviation in the village are generally at an excellent level.(2)The test values of all latent variables of the least squares PLS path model pass the statistical test,and the satisfaction model can be applied to the study of povertymodel can be applied to the poverty alleviation effect satisfaction study of the resident poverty alleviation effect satisfaction of the village poverty alleviation task force.The path coefficients of household attributes,living conditions of farmers,poverty alleviation behavior of the government,environmental facilities and public perception have direct effects on the satisfaction of poverty alleviation effectiveness of the village poverty alleviation task force are –0.1502,0.6061,0.3905,0.4812 and 0.3517,respectively.In the indirect influencing factors analysis of poverty alleviation effect satisfaction,household attributes latent variables have no indirect effect on poverty alleviation effect satisfaction,while the other four latent variables have indirect effect on poverty alleviation effect satisfaction of 0.7508,0.6354,0.2113 and 0.0096.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions through three aspects: increasing government poverty alleviation policy,improving environmental facilities,and improving people’s satisfaction.
