| In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of precise poverty alleviation during his investigation in Xiangxi,Hunan Province.In nearly five years of poverty alleviation,good poverty alleviation results have been achieved throughout the country.By the end of 2017,the country’s rural poor population had decreased to 30.46 million,the incidence of poverty had dropped to 3.1%,and 28 poverty-stricken counties had withdrawn.The A township of A county belongs to the rocky desertification poverty-stricken area in Wuling mountainous area.As a poverty-stricken county in China,industrial poverty alleviation is the key measure to transform the poverty alleviation mode from "transfusion" to "hematopoiesis".A township industrial development has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.This article is based on my working experience and opportunity,participating in the local economic census and non-poor household visits,and compiling the materials of the visits.And try to stand in different perspectives to analyze the current development of the A Township industry,the interviewees involved the main local leaders,village cadres,the development of various industries,village cadres,and some of the former local retired leaders.Firstly,the SWOT method is adopted to expound the disadvantages,advantages,challenges and opportunities of the industrial development of township A.Then,the paper reviews the historical practice of the industrial development of township A and the corresponding policy guarantee,and expounds the operation of the entire township industry.The dilemma,and try to explain the reasons for these problems are promotion mechanism and the pursuit of industrial achievements as officials,resulting in continuous failure of the entire industry,and finally proposed that the government should pay attention to the quality of the government and the strength of the government in the context of industrial poverty alleviation. |
