Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmland Scale Operation In The Main Grain Producing Area

The key method to improve the competitiveness and expediting the transition of agriculture is farmland scale operation.According to years of practices and policies in China,the main path to achieve the agricultural modernization and develop the modern agriculture is rational allocation of productive factors and pushing forward scale operation of farmland.Large growers,family farm and initiative cooperation among of farmer is current presenting way of farmland scale operation.Due to the different of area's character,developing level,urbanization level,centralization of farmland,organization degree,agriculture management level and farmer's willingness etc.,the tendency of large scale operation is still not to be formed.Henan is one of grain planting province in China and has huge population,and the ratio of population and farmland is critical issue for long time.With the raising migration of laborers from countryside to city,abandonment,lack of fine management and long-term investment reduction on farmland are appeared.with these appearances cause,slow down the increasing speed of the grain is slow down,structure of agriculture is not rational,and infrastructure of farmland is in a low level.all above problem are related to the agriculture scale operation level.This paper will take a case study of main grain producing area Henan and analyze its problem for farmland scale operation,this research has a significant meaning for theory and practice.With background of government pushing forward the farmland scale operation for ages,Current status and effect factors for farmland scale operation in Henan will be studied in this paper.According to the research of native and foreign literature of farmland scale operation,the theoretical part will find concept basis,set up analyzing framework and study systematically the main effect factors from environment of agriculture producing,agriculture product market and policies.For practical part,combining with practice of development for farmland scale operation in China,it sets the main grain producing area Henan as an example,based on whole effect factors to analyzing the current status,potential issues and efficiency of farmland scale operation in Henan.In empirical part,according to the function of agriculture production to build calculation model,with the government presented data from2000—2016 for Henan province,it studies the influence of different effect factor for farmland scale operation in Henan and give an analysis of empirical result.Then aconclusion and political recommendation will be given by this paper.The main conclusion of this thesis is: 1,agriculture production environment,agriculture production market and governmental polices are the three elements to analyze the effect factors of one area's agriculture scale operation.2,the utilization of farmland in Henan is relatively high,the proportion of years with reasonable input and output allocation reached 52.94%,but it still need to enhance the input of technology.In term of region,12 cities with advantage environment,completive farmland infrastructure and better development of large-scale agricultural household in eastern,northern and southern parts of Henan have a high utilization of farmland.In opposite,6 western mountainous areas and central cities with poor farmland and un-completive farmland infrastructure have low utilization of farmland.3,Concerning the empirical result,the main effect factors of farmland scale operation in Henan is scale of farmland.The appropriate operation scale is still not reached.The effect of input laborers and agriculture fixed asset is not obviousness,but the impact of technical investment,infrastructure construction and policies is significant.4,in the sight of countermeasures,through rational utilization of laborers,enhancing mechanization level,increasing the input of agriculture technology and improving the agricultural infrastructure etc.,it enlarges the scale of farmland operation and simultaneously increase the income of farmers,then the farmland scale operation can be improved.The creative point of this paper is: 1,building up a systematical analyzing framework,it is from environment of agriculture production,agriculture production market and government policies to discuss and analyze farmland scale operation.Then it focuses on the main grain producing Henan to have a specific range research.2,The measurement model is based on actual status of agriculture production in Henan,and the influence analysis of farmland scale operation in Henan are concerning the effect factors—operation scale,agriculture laborers,investment of fixed asset,agriculture technical level,infrastructure level and policies etc.,with these research is analyzed.
