| The rural revitalization strategy proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements for the development of China’s agriculture and rural areas.As a large agricultural city,Zhumadian ranks second in cultivated land resources and grain output in Henan Province,but the output value of the primary industry grows slowly and the gap between it and the secondary and tertiary industries is widening.The disposable income of rural residents is also lower than the national average.This is far from the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,which also shows that the existing agricultural development mode of Zhumadian has been unable to meet the needs of agricultural and rural development in Zhumadian.According to the characteristics of topography,population and agricultural development of Zhumadian city,this paper holds that agricultural land scale management is one of the effective ways to solve the problems of agricultural and rural development in Zhumadian City.However,agricultural land scale management is a large subject,and it is difficult to conduct a comprehensive study in a single article.Therefore,this paper only selects the factors affecting farmers’ willingness to scale operation of farmland for research and analysis.First of all,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey in Zhumadian city to collect relevant data,and understand the real situation of zhumadian rural areas.Secondly,through consulting relevant data and materials,this paper analyzes the geography,humanity,economy and scale operation of agricultural land in Zhumadian,and explores the problems in the agricultural development of Zhumadian.Finally,this paper adopts binary Logistic regression analysis method and SPSS software to calculate and analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,so as to explore the factors influencing the scale operation of agricultural land in Zhumadian city,and on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions in line with the actual situation of Zhumadian City.Through the summary of the full text,the main conclusions are as follows: First of all,although zhumadian is rich in cultivated land resources and high in grain output,but the agricultural output value is low,and the agriculture is large but not strong.In terms of large-scale agricultural land management,agricultural mechanization level is relatively high,land transfer and new agricultural operation subjects have a good momentum of development,but there are also problems such as irregular land transfer market and low educational level of labor force.Secondly,the situation in the sample area is basically consistent with the overall situation of zhumadian agriculture.Finally,the results of the model show that seven factors have a significant impact on the scale operation of agricultural land: whether they have participated in technical training,gender,physical health,whether they have gone out for work,educational background,their understanding of the policy of scale operation of agricultural land,and whether they have carried out the transfer of agricultural land.According to the research conclusion and the actual situation of Zhumadian city,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to carry out the scale management of agricultural land and improve the relevant system;Establish and perfect equity transaction market,strengthen government service function;Strengthening agricultural production infrastructure construction;Improve the level of rural social security;Strengthen the development of rural human resources and labor transfer;Improve the quality of new agricultural entities;Establish and perfect agricultural policy publicity system;Standardize the market for agricultural supplies and reduce the prices of agricultural supplies. |
