Status And Countermeasure Research On Government Supervision System Of Leisure Food Industry Safety In Wangcheng District

Since entering the 21st century,with the rapid development of agricultural industrialization,and continuous improvement of people's quality of life in China,the leisure food industry grows fast.However due to so many uneven developed leisure food companies,small workshops,and small vendors,there are a lot of food safety problems appeared.Meanwhile,with the increase of consumers'awareness of self-protection,the demands of safety,quality and nutrient components in leisure food are also increasingly.Therefore,the effective approach of overcome the problems of safety of leisure food production to facilitate its healthy development is to understand the present status and strengthening food safety supervision the supervision system of leisure food production.In this article,the supervision system of safety of leisure food production was improved to protect the local resident's health effectively,lead to the leisure food industries developing rapidly,and provide theoretical support for the development of leisure food production.The developing status and present problems of leisure food production were investigated using some leisure food enterprises in Wangcheng as objects.The problems of leisure food safety in Wangcheng mainly derives vulnerable awareness of corporate security,regulation not in place,producing and selling fake food.Meanwhile,there are some deficiencies existed in government supervision system of safety of leisure food production.A countermeasure of local government supervision system was brought about by relying on renovation of commercial events,constructing enterprise credit,standardizing the supervision system of food safety,improving technique services system of food safety,strengthen others supervision system based on the analysis of the developing history and properties of domestic and abroad food safety supervision system.
