Good business environment not only reflect the business situation,but also to reflect the enterprise's level of civilization and quality level.Because of the age,the presence of SAC damaged part of the region and so on,has seriously affected the corporate image,but to meet the AVIC 6S Silver promotion review,Shenyang Aircraft Company completed the requirements of environmental transformation in a short time.So how can without affecting the research and production at the same time,ensure that the project in accordance with the deadline specified in the quality and quantity of the completion of the company has been facing the issue SAC.In this paper,the project management theory,choose the appropriate technology and methods,combined with Shenyang Aircraft factory environment actual reconstruction project,further defined by the scope of the project on schedule and control the SAC factory environment transformation project to focus on research and discussion,to ensure accurate plan;also relates to a control point in the project implementation process,and to take effective measures to protect the organization and development of other aspects of a successful completion of the renovation project.In this paper,research and practice in the following three aspects:(1)The project to take hierarchical decomposition method,a work breakdown structure(WBS)and other project management methods to determine the environmental transformation project content and project work decomposition.(2)Gantt chart,milestone plan and other tools to analyze and prepare the factory environment transformation project schedule.(3)Analysis of the factors affecting progress,create safeguards in terms of organization,resources,propose appropriate solutions and deviation management.Through this thesis,while the effective realization of the SAC factory environment transformation project schedule objectives,the progress made in the management of innovation initiatives and approaches to carry out related work for other units provide a useful reference.
