Commercial Bank of China's financial system is the most important leading force in the development of the national economy and the stability of its currency market plays a vital role.With China's accession to WTO after adjustments and changes in international economic situation and the domestic macroeconomic environment,the internal and external environment faced by domestic commercial banks increasingly complex,and the homogenization of the increasingly fierce competition among banks.Commercial banks how much faster and better development,how to further deepen the reform to find a new growth point,which has not only their own development is required,and it is the relationship between sustained,rapid and healthy development of the major problems.In recent years,the risk of fluctuations in the global financial industry experience as well as the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the international financial institutions in asset quality has become the focus of attention.Meanwhile,the domestic interest rate market and the financial sector financial disintermediation phenomenon also further deepen traditional bank credit and debt service-oriented business model is also an urgent need to adjust and reform the domestic banking sector is facing unprecedented internal and external pressure and challenges.MS Bank as the first division reform carried commercial banks,through the process of self-exploration and transformation of the organizational structure,including various aspects and including elements of the reform initiative to adapt to the changing market environment and their own development requirements to achieve a sustained and stable development.This article will be the first through the reform process carried out on the domestic division reform of MS Bank study,starting from the Division theory,giving SBU reform experience and learn from MS banks.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:from the commercial banking division system structure and the basic theory of the organization,and expounds basic types of organizational structure of commercial banks,summarized the current organizational structure commonly used by domestic commercial banks,and analyzes the history and origins of the theory and its division system,summarized advantages and disadvantages of the division system and the choice of the division system should have the condition;MS Bank case operating conditions of MS analysis of the pre-reform banking division and the organizational structure of the drawbacks,and discusses the need to reform its;Combining banking reform process MS Division,discusses its reform goals,principles,content,and analysis of research results received reforms and profound impact on the domestic banking sector caused by its;MS-depth analysis of the new banking reform issues arising in the course of the business unit,new contradictions and propose targeted to further deepen the corresponding countermeasures MS Banking Division of reform proposals.I hope the article can Banking Division of the MS to further deepen reform and play a reference role in the ultimate success,but also hope for reform in other banks play a reference.
