| With the rapid development of the global economy, human resources has become the strategic resources for competitive advantage and sustainable development. As the key of human resource management system, performance management has been highly concerned by the company managers. Performance appraisal is at the core of the system, and becomes the top priority of corporate human resource management.Taking the performance appraisal of business division managers in OUDI Company as the research object, the paper makes deep research on the historical transformation of the performance appraisal theories and methods. It traces and analyzes the appliance situation and trend of development of the performance appraisal at home and abroad. Basing on these researches and making a lot of interviews and researches on the spot, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of business division managers'appraisal and management, such as incorrect examination location, unscientific assessment targets, non-standard assessment procedures, lack of communication, and insufficient coordination between systems and so on. Aiming at these main problems, this paper sets up the performance appraisal system for the business division managers based on KPI by using Balanced Score Card(BSC), and defines the weight of each forewarning index by using Analytic hierarchy process(AHP); Finally, the paper proposes relational corresponding measures to ensure fine motivation of performance appraisal system. The research has solved the performance appraisal problems and difficulties of business division managers in OUDI Company, and increased the level of company performance significantly and achieves the desired goals. |
