A Research On Improving The Performance Appraisal System For Flooring Division Staff In Y Company

The performance appraisal system plays an important part in various social organizations including modern enterprises today, and it’s a core part of human resource management.Bamboo industry has become a globally recognized green industry currently. Anji County in Zhejiang Province is famous for bamboo, and Anji bamboo industry has developed into a wide variety of industrial structure, so there are obvious advantages of Anji bamboo industry in market competition. As one of Anji bamboo industry leaders, Y Company runs well, but the current problems can not be ignored. The improvement of the performance appraisal system not only help to improve the performance level of Y Company, but also can provide some certain reference significance to similar companies.This paper takes flooring division as research subjects to improve the efficiency and performance level of the flooring division staff by analyzing and studying the division staff performance appraisal system.This paper consists of five parts:the first part is an introduction, introduces the background of the research, and gives a theoretical overview of the research results related to the subject; the second part is an outline of theoretical results about the performance appraisal system of divisions, introduces the purpose and precautions of the performance appraisal system of divisions; the third part is a analysis about the problems and the reasons of the performance appraisal system of the flooring division in Y Company; the fourth part describes the countermeasures and safeguards of the performance appraisal system of the flooring division in Y Company; the fifth part is the conclusion of this paper, mainly describes research findings, the shortcomings of this article, and the propose directions for future research.
