Study On Business Process Optimization Of Bonded Logistics In Chongqing J Logistics Company

Since 2013,The State Council has successively approved the establishment of 13 free trade pilot zones including Shanghai,Guangdong and Chongqing,and has given the free trade pilot zone greater autonomy to reform and explore the construction of a free trade ports.With the acceleration of free trade zone's reform,the General Administration of Customs accelerated the reform of customs supervision policy in 2018,and the integration of comprehensive customs clearance has been gradually carried out.Thanks to this reform,the customs could make the supervision of vehicle requirements and inspection requirements more easier and faster.Under such circumstances,it is imperative to speed up the reform of the operation patterns of bonded logistics in the free trade pilot zone,and it is urgent to optimize and improve its operations of each form.Based on this,this paper takes Chongqing J Logistics Company as the research object.In view of the dilemma that the bonded logistics business market faces,this paper probes into the key obstacles to the logistics business and seek the main measures to optimize.Based on the bonded logistics business of Chongqing J Logistics Co.,Ltd.,this paper optimizes the operation efficiency of the enterprise by researching and analyzing the core business processes such as short barge,customs transfer and sea transportation.Firstly,this paper expounds its background and significance,and elucidates its ideas,methods and relevant theories.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the bonded logistics business process of Chongqing J Logistics Company by using the methods of expert interview and fish bone diagram.Thirdly,The business process improvement(BPI)theory is used to guide the optimization of bonded logistics business,and the ECRS analysis method is used to analyze the functional departments,vehicle scheduling,transportation link control and other nodes,to find out the concrete scheme of optimization to save cost and improve operation efficiency,and it also uses the expert opinion method and the association matrix method to evaluate the performance of the optimized bonded logistics business process.Finally,this paper puts forward some supporting measures such as organizational structure adjustment,incentive mechanism construction and the establishment SOP management system.This paper analyzes and optimizes the main business processes of Chongqing J Logistics Company in bonded logistics,and provides better paths and models for companies in the bonded logistics industry.Through the optimization of the bonded logistics business process of Chongqing J Logistics Company,Chongqing J Logistics Company has a set of suitable process for its development.If the operation of bonded logistics business needs to speed up,it not only needs to simplify the operational process,but also to construct and optimize the whole set of system,such as organizational structure and process management.This paper maximizes the function of adjustment of functional departments,simplifies operational procedures,and saves human resource costs.Meanwhile,it also greatly improves the efficiency of logistics operations.Finally we can achieve the goal of improving customer's satisfaction and maintaining its competitiveness in the bonded logistics market at the same time.
