Research On The Development Of GL Insurance Company's Motor Vehicle Insurance Business

In recent years,with the rapid growth of motor vehicles,the various risks of motor vehicles are increasing,so motor vehicle insurance is very important.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of GL insurance company which is facing the rapid increase of motor vehicles and their risks.In this paper,according to the theory combined with practice,following the research thinking of putting forward problems analyzing problems solving problems,using literature method,research method,statistical method,comparative reference method,the index of motor vehicle insurance business of GL insurance company and its comparison with peers are analyzed.The research finds that the vehicle insurance of GL insurance company has some problems,such as Limited Business channels,insufficient market supervision,single product model,low customer acceptance and weak brand awareness.The main reasons are that the industry is chaotic and the supervision is not enough,the customer value-added service projects are not landing,the personnel team construction is not perfect and the level of professional knowledge is not high,the insurance premium index pressure is too high.After learning from the development experience of relevant companies at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as expanding business channels,forming reasonable product strategies,carrying out marketing innovation based on customer needs,strengthening personnel training,establishing incentive mechanism and improving after-sales service quality.It is believed that the above will be helpful to improve the level of motor vehicle insurance business of GL insurance company,to solve the problems faced by the operation of GL insurance company in motor vehicle insurance,to deeply analyze the causes of these problems,to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and then to integrate theory with practice,to provide opportunities for GL insurance company.At the same time,a series of opinions and suggestions on the development of motor vehicle insurance business of GL insurance company can be used for reference by other insurance companies,and it has certain reference value to solve the development of insurance business of other related enterprises.
