Study On Premium Rate Marketability Influence Of Motor Vehicle Insurance In China

In recent years,the economic of our country developed rapidly,the penetration and coverage of cars growing fast.Motor vehicle insurance is the main category of property insurance in our country,holding the highest proportion.So the car insurance income has become a barometer of property insurance company.The China insurance regulatory commission on February 3,2015 release a notice that asking for a new round of car insurance rate marketization reform,so the insurance company will face the opportunities and challenges.This article mainly uses the methods of literature research and comparative analysis.Firstly this paper introduces the connotation and the composition of the motor vehicle insurance rate Secondly it has been clear about the meaning and necessity of the car insurance rate marketization and introduces the foreign experience for reference and our country car insurance reform changing process and the existing problems.Thirdly introduces the specific changes and achievements of the recently car insurance reform,and then put the changing versions together to compare,in order to make clear that what impact does the reform has on the different interest subjects.Finally the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the stakeholders.
