Farmer Cooperatives Participate In Empirical Research On Agricultural Technology Extension

One of the outstanding highlights of rural management system innovation in China is the vigorous development of peasant cooperatives.The sound development of peasant cooperatives is the result of the innovation of rural management system in China,which improves the efficiency of agricultural technology extension.It also shortened the distance between "entering villages,entering households,and going to the fields" of agricultural technology,thus making the channels for agricultural technology extension more open.Farmers' trust in technology is even higher.In 2018,the No.1 document of the Central Committee again focused on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers," and proposed that the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects should be taken into account in order to promote the socialization of agricultural production throughout the course of service.Farmers' cooperatives participate in the promotion of agricultural technology through activities such as agricultural technical training and technical advice Wide,it plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers and the perfection of agricultural socialized service system.The Xinrong District Government actively responds to the call of promoting agricultural modernization,actively cultivates new management subjects,and opens up a "green channel" for farmers' cooperatives to help farmers benefit from farm.Through supporting cooperatives to establish bases and demonstration parks to realize the allocation of idle and abandoned land resources in rural areas and improve the land utilization ratio.By encouraging cooperatives to develop new types of vocational farmer training,combining of online teaching and offline guidance,and,menu and centralized training,to meet the technical needs of different groups of farmers.However,in the process of cooperative participation in agricultural technology extension,problems such as shortage of funds and shortage of talents need to be solved.Based on the investigation and interview of farmers' cooperatives in Xinrong District of Datong City,this paper fully grasps the present situation,extension mode,operation mechanism,achievements and existing problems of farmers' cooperatives in Xinrong District.In order to promote the healthy development of farmers'cooperative participation in agricultural technology extension,the paper probes into the restrictive factors of farmers' cooperative participation in agricultural technology extension,and tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve farmers' cooperative participation in agricultural technology extension activities.The continuous improvement of promotion efficiency.
