Research On The Role Of Farmers' Professional Cooperative In Agricultural Technology Extension

To speed up the development mode change,promote to build new management system,realize the agricultural modernization development,has become the key to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Arises at the historic moment of farmers' professional cooperatives,in the process of continuous development and expansion,components form a large-scale development of the new management system,to overcome the shortcomings of the small-scale peasant economy,speed up the intensive,large-scale,scientific development has played a certain role.Especially since 2007,the farmers' professional cooperatives law of the People's Republic of China issued and implemented,the number of cooperatives continued rapid growth,many governments have emerged many characteristics of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper mainly research on farmers' professional cooperatives in the influence and function of agricultural technology popularization,first of all,the basic theory of farmers' professional cooperatives,agricultural technology popularization are summarized;Second,the development of dongyuan county farmers' professional cooperatives and analyzing the present situation of the agricultural technology extension service;Third,on the basis of current situation analysis and research,and further analyze the dongyuan county farmers' professional cooperatives influence on agricultural technology extension service,impact on farmers' professional cooperatives to evaluate agricultural technology extension service,for farmers' professional cooperatives to improve the effectiveness of agricultural technology extension service evaluation;Finally,give full play to the government service function,on the development of farmer cooperative organization specification;The government as a whole service center construction of farmer cooperative organization,for its better to participate in the building of agricultural technology popularization good communication platform;Constantly improve the farmer cooperative organization of production and business operation management and the agricultural extension personnel's comprehensive quality,improve their ability to participate in agricultural technology popularization such policy ideas and Suggestions.Dongyuan county farmers' professional co-operatives based on thorough analysis of the development and status quo of agricultural technology promotion service,on the basis of the dongyuan county farmers' professional co-operatives on influence to conduct acomprehensive analysis of agricultural technology promotion service,get the following conclusions:(1)farmers' professional co-operatives to promote agricultural technology services,service channels for farmers for agricultural technology and the choice of the ways of agricultural technology service all the effects,can improve the farmers satisfaction of peasants cooperative extension service content;(2)the farmers' professional co-operatives makes the members of the learning cost and further reduce the difficulties in learning,(3)farmer cooperatives to improve the timeliness and pertinence of agricultural technology extension services;(4)farmers to participate in the enthusiasm of farmers' cooperatives is higher,member's willingness to adopt new technology is strong;(5)the farmer cooperatives can bring membership promotion of agricultural technology service production and income.
