Fostering Of Agricultural Technology Extension Management Service Organization In Sanyuan District

At present,Chinese agricultural technology service organizations are undergoing significant changes,another kind of servicing models are showing up,such as market-oriented services,which has already contributed to the modernization and professionalization of agricultural technology.In case of strengthening public welfare from government agricultural service agency,how to mobilize all the attendees(include,the agricultural technology promotion business organizations,civil society forces and NGO)to actively serve for agricultural technology,this problem turns to be urgent.This thesis bases on the evolution theory from Chinese and overseas' agricultural science and technology social service organization,combing the varies types of business argo-technical popularization organizations'service factors,such as service modes,service functions,ad vantages and disadvantages.According to qualitative analysis,this paper states the development phase of Fujian farmer professional cooperatives business extension organizations.Also,by field investigation and statistical analysis,the paper dedicates the Sanming Sanyuan District farmer cooperatives organization's basic information,regular operations,income distribution and policy supports.According to the survey:1.The deficiency of management ability keeps the organization of farmer professional cooperatives' functional from going through.2.Cooperatives memberships' agreement and responsibility improves the width and depth of agricultural technology.3.Agricultural technology organizations'regular operations are still without government's policy support.4.Cooperatives organizations offer help for membership turns to be polarization,and cooperatives business service organization's innovations are mostly from self-researchingRefer to the example of Sanming Changfen Cooperatives,this paper analysis the pattern of technology for business service organization and shows the influence bringing to the farm host.Concluding the other country agricultural organizations' experience,This thesis points out the factors that contribute to the organization's development and expansion,including policy support,standard rules,government guides and promotes etc.In my opinion,the follow measures should be taken in the near future:agricultural technology charge suitable fees for serving;government takes more actions to support agricultural organization;more attention should be paid to improve quality of service objects;build linkage to connect non-profit organization;another reasonable suggestions for agricultural technology extension.
