Study On The Countermeasures Of Popularizing Agricultural Technology In The Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, because of the double impact of the special geographical position and natural environment, the status of the overall development of agriculture it presents a greater imbalance, and the overall agricultural development rate was significantly lower than that in East China and other regions. On the other hand, as an important carrier of agricultural technology extension system, the existence and development of farmers' professional cooperatives has a very important significance to improve the level of productivity in rural areas. Therefore, it is very important to improve the agricultural technology extension system, which is based on the farmers' professional cooperatives, which has a very important significance to the agricultural development in Hohhot, and even in the whole Inner Mongolia autonomous region. From the actual situation of agricultural technology promotion in Hohhot farmers' professional cooperatives, due to the current situation in the area to farmers' professional cooperatives as the carrier of the agricultural technology extension system are established under the planned economy system, the local agricultural system was relatively simple, restricts the actual function. In recent years,although the government of the autonomous region has realized the importance of developing the Agricultural Technology Extension System Based on the farmer specialized cooperatives in the Hohhot area, it has taken some active policy guidance. But from the practical effect, the construction level of Agricultural Technology Extension System of Hohhot area with the farmer professional cooperatives as the carrier has a big gap compared with other regions.With the development of the new rural construction in Hohhot deepening, the development of rural productivity will enter a new stage of farmers' professional cooperatives as the carrier of the agricultural technology extension system will also be in the process of new rural construction plays an important role. Under the impetus of this situation, it has become an urgent requirement for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to further improve the Agricultural Technology Extension System Based on the farmers' professional cooperatives inHohhot area.Under this background, in the area of Hohhot farmers' professional cooperatives as the carrier of the agricultural technology extension system as the research object, through in-depth study on the current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives operating in the area as the carrier of the agricultural technology extension system and the existing problems,based on summarizing the foreign advanced experience, combined with the local situation,put forward policy suggestion on perfecting the carrier of Agricultural Technology Extension System on farmers cooperatives.
