Research On The Operation Mechanism Innovation Of Basic Agricultural Technology Extension System In The New Era

Our country is a big agricultural country,the development of agriculture has an important influence on the economic development of our country.Speeding up the popularization of agricultural technology plays an important role in the development of agricultural countryside and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Agricultural technology is the fundamental driving force to promote the development of agriculture.How to apply agricultural technology to the actual agricultural production is an urgent problem to be solved in the agricultural development of our country.The first document of the Central Committee in 2018 once again focused on the "three rural area" and explicitly proposed to implement the strategy of revitalizing the rural areas.However,the realization of the goal of industrial prosperity,is to realize the innovation of agricultural technology system and route,as agricultural technology extension is the link between science and technology and agricultural production.Therefore,it is proposed in the first document of the Central Committee that grass-roots departments should be encouraged to continuously innovate the agricultural technology extension service model.To try out the government purchase of service,the social forces are widely called on to participate in the agricultural technology extension activities.The government of Xinrong district has also actively introduced a number of policy measures to promote the construction of agricultural technology system,and to continuously promote the process of agricultural technology extension.The Grass-roots Agricultural Technology Extension Subsidy Project launched in Xinrong District lasted half a year,which specifically adopted the form of "one-to-many" between science and technology instructors to extend the latest agricultural technology to responsib;e villages.At the same time,the Xinrong District Government also holds training courses in various forms,such as night schools for farmers,to ensure that the agricultural technology extension work actually benefits the peasants.However,in the course of development,the problems of agricultural extension workers' professional ability is not strong,and their enthusiasm for the work is not high.,financial support is not enough,farmers' comprehensive quality are still outstanding,at the same time,the government-led extension model from top to bottom has been far from the current development reality.An innovative,constantly improved,operational effects construction and introduction of agricultural technology extension system with high rate is an effective way to solve the development shackles faced by Xinrong district.In this paper,the current situation of agricultural technology extension in Xinrong District of Datong City is objectively analyzed by consulting literature and field investigation,and on the basis of this,the problems are reflected and discovered.Combined with the actual development and the necessity of constructing the agricultural technology extension system,this paper puts forward the targeted development countermeasures and suggestions,and tries to provide some reference for the innovation of agricultural technology extension system in Xinrong district and even the whole country.
