As a key link and an important field in enterprise human resource management,performance management has been attached great importance to in enterprises all the time.The practicalness of performance management is very strong,and any performance management,which deviates from the actual situation of the enterprise and is applied mechanically,will inevitably lead to the final failure.HX group corporation through analysis of the macro environment and the development trend of the industry,and combined with the actual development of the enterprise,has put forward the development concept of "innovation,promotion,green and safety",which is aimed at putting company into the engineering company which has continued expansion of the development scale,steady growth of economic benefit,and a more viable team of employees.The construction of the staff team cannot be separated from scientific management,and performance management,as an effective means,use it rationally to improve the quality and efficiency of the work and cohere with strong positive energy to promote the modernization of the company in an all-round way.Taking the existing performance management of HX group corporation headquarters as the research object,and employing the basic research structure of"discovery problem-analysis problem-solve problem",the paper uses research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and comprehensively utilizes performance management theory to analyze the management status and existing problems of the performance management of HX group corporation headquarters and resulting reasons in depth.The paper also proposes an optimization design and improvement plan by carrying out the feasibility analysis of the improvement of the company's performance management.The optimization of performance management includes the following five aspects:first,the establishment of performance management organization system;second,scientific design assessment index system;third,the improvement of the normal supervision and assessment system;fourth,the establishment of a reasonable evaluation system;fifth,the establishment of assessment results application system.The optimized performance appraisal system is to firstly strengthen daily performance management,to achieve the efficient combination of assessment and daily work,and to effectively solve the "two skin" problems of assessment and work.Secondly,the optimized system is to carry out trace management,to highlight the whole process of work supervision,and to implement the assessment of work and the assessment of staff at the same time,and to achieve the scientific distribution of evaluation results.Through the study of this paper,hope to provide some operability reference for the construction of performance management in HX group corporation headquarters.
