As an important part of all management components, performance management has long been the center of management research and the focus of many organizations. In fact it has turned out to be a crucial issue in human resource management and practice.However, up to present days, research literatures that clearly target the knowledge type staff's performance management in state-owned corporations are fairly scarce. And state-owned corporations have their distinct traits in personnel structure, organizational structure and other respects. In the process of Chinese domestic enterprises' carrying out their performance management, a majority of them just bluntly take over whatever research results that are produced overseas. This situation makes the combining of domestic human environment and state-owned corporations' own traits to exercise effective performance management research highly necessary and valuable.With the above problems in mind, detailed analysis is made in this thesis. First, based on state-owned corporations' traits, their specialties are summarized via analyzing methods, which can combination of team type and knowledge type. Then conveyed as a thesis goes further to point out that present performance management mode adopted by state-owned corporations does not fit the management over knowledge type employees. Finally two models: team type staff evaluation model and knowledge type staff stimulation model, which are the products of the author's own labor and talent, are presented.The author conducts empirical analysis in A graduate school, which gives a loud say to the value of this thesis. |
