"Communication”is the most important segment in enterprise management.It is an essential part of planning,organization,leadership and control in enterprise management.Based on the analysis of the management status quo of Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company,the research found the existing problems and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in the internal management communication.It is suggested that the contemporary enterprises take customer and customer needs as the center,which should be market and market competition-oriented,everyone should get involved in quality management and communicate within the whole process internally and externally.In order to improve the cohesion and core competitiveness of an enterprise,Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company must improve communication and execution ability of its internal personnel,and top leaders of the company should formulate a set of relevant management mechanism according to the current situation of the company.Based on the present situation of the internal communication of the company,the research makes a questionnaire survey on the content,styles,methods and channels of international communication in Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company,the status of internal communication and main factors that influence the internal management communication of Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company are analyzed.In the content of the communication,the company pays more attention to the development and interests of its employees,but ignores two important issues,one is the future development of the company,the other is the information of relevant competitors.In the communication channels,meetings arranged for employees and managers to have face to face communication are the most efficient channels.For electronic bulletins,although it is efficient,but it has less effect than that of meetings and direct communication with the line managers.Gossip happens somewhere here and there in the company,which is not helpful for the company.Efficient communication only shows in level communication between managers,while there are problems in the communication between the superiors and the subordinates,which only appear when the superiors answer the questions raised by the subordinates.The research investigates the status quo of the internal management communication in Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company,statistical analysis was done based on the collected data.And the factors that hinder the internal communication of Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company were found.Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the internal communication of Yunnan M Commercial Trading Company.
